This lecture requires a little extra effort! In addition to the bottle of wine, please obtain a dessert that has chocolate, cream, and red berries for optimal satisfaction. Cupcakes, doughnuts, or cakes are great ways to have amazing combinations of these three.

We will start the lecture off with an overview of wine pairings through history followed by the modern vibe around this art. This won't be a typical tasting where we tell you the answers, but provide you with the fundamentals so you can be inspired by your dishes make great decisions on the wine you want to pair with it.
