This fuller bodied sparkling can stand up to a wide variety of foods.
The acidity of this wine will be key to complimenting a salty and fatty dish.
Because of the elegance of these wines, it is typically recommended to not over-season dishes
Meunier dominate wine pairings are ones where the wine takes the center stage.
